John does a double track vocal for the verses with Paul joining in now and again. If you listen carefully you can tell it's a John vocal. Alex Lefeson hurt his finger because he had a very wild night with his wife,
his finger came between the mattress and the bed.

Hes not overly stylistic or technical or complicated or the fastest guy out there However, he is so fundamentally sound and structured with a huge dose of Creativity, His combo of Precision with Power , to me is the essence of the classic Rush signature sound. Nothing against Geddy or Neil, theyre obviously superb, but ALEX is the reason i truly deeply respect and admire this band so much.
