Marymar1958, yes, I do! It's a beautiful music and Exodus book means a lot to me. I got it at Israeli embassy in Poland when I was 12 and read it twice even when the book was forbidden in Poland at the time. I was fascinated by it so much laterI saw the movie and loved the music. Do you know who composed it? Oh, also check Waldemar Kazanecki and his film music. He was from Katowice like Kilar.

Wojciech Kilar was always one of my favorite composers, I grew up in Poland in Silesia near Katowice where he lived and composed and have watched many Polish and foregn films with his music like Pomised Land, Salto, Leper, The Pianist, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Rodzina Polanieckich and more. My favorite music was from Leper and his piano music, beautiful! He has been composing film music for almost 50 years.

The composer of this film changed my life; his score for Portrait was SUBLIME. So understated, at times moving and inspiring. 'A certain light' appears whenever I think of track 5, the hope that when I turn back, I will at last recognise pure love in front of me, and invite it in.
