lyrics are cool remind me of teenage angst and mustaine's growls. i have not listened to this song in 15 yrs i remember seeing them live at birmingham NEC with alice in chains and the almighty and catching dave ellefsons sweat band with the radioactive symbol on it and i still have my signed rust in pieces album!!! best megadeth track ever ....peace sells a close 2nd!!

This song is about his drug addiciton. Everyone knows that?! Its very dated, but still brilliant. As a song writer, Mustaine owns Metallica's efforts. The speech at the beginning is cringingly rehursed. Shame.
